AnacondaSoftware's Voice Project was a rather deceptive site. It was used to link to anime music videos arranged by the AnacondaSoftware staff, while hiding it's true purpose: the Voice Project.
ArenaBlade Technologies acquired AnacondaSoftware, and gained access to Voice Project. It is a specialized software, which is both a voice-recognition software and a text-to-speech engine at the same time. This unique combination actually reads a person's own voice, and reproduces it in the text-to-speech engine, with support for specializing accents, and even using it to speak in foreign languages unknown by the person.
Voice Project is still in it's early stages of development, so unfortunately there is no demonstration of it's power at this time.
